A professional MMA and Muay Thai fighter, Richard has extensive experience in the ring and cage. An innovative trainer, he makes his classes fun and entertaining, even when he's working you out to the max.

Professor Pedro Falbo
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu
Professor Pedro is the highest ranking BJJ instructor in Malaysia. He also holds a black belt in Judo. Representing the world-famous GFTeam from Brazil, he is responsible for the escalating growth of BJJ at Muayfit.

Louis Gvozdin
Fitness Trainer
Louis has been teaching boxing for over 10 years. A native of Croatia, he's trained boxers and MMA fighters from USA, New Zealand, Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.

Khir is in the national team starting from year 2009 till now. He represented Malaysia for 4 times in SEA games and 2 times in Commonwealth Games. 2 times bronze medalist.

Muay Thai is recognized globally as the most effective striking art today. It is based on simplicity and effectiveness. Honed over 2,000 years, Muay Thai is a graceful blend of punches, elbows, knees and kicks.
FITNESS AND CONDITIONING
Our Fitness and Conditioning program, which consists of Blazing Body, Boot Camp, Hot Figures, Muayfit, Bodyshop, Yogilates and Craveman Workout, is about good health and fitness. It is about shedding unwanted weight, losing fat, getting toned, and improving your cardiovascular health in minimum time.
MIXED MARTIAL ARTS
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is the fastest growing sport in the world. MMA is a combination of the best fighting systems. A complete MMA fighter is someone who can fight in the 4 primary ranges of combat: kicking, punching, clinching/kneeing/takedowns, and ground fighting.
GI BJJ
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) is one of the most effective, reality-based fighting systems in the world. The basic premise of BJJ is that 90% of fights end up on the ground. As such, BJJ is focused primarily on effective ground fighting.
BOXING
Boxing is a combat sport where the main tools are punches. The essence of boxing is the use of hips to generate power, the use of footwork to elude and to attack, and the use of head movement to avoid punches.
NOGI BJJ
Nogi BJJ is a core skill-set for any martial artist. It is a ground game science based on leverage and technique. In MMA, it is often viewed as a critical part of the ground game. The ability to apply submissions via joint locks and chokes is a core component of real life self-defense.
CHILDREN'S PROGRAM
History has shown that martial arts can be an excellent teacher for children to learn life skills such as discipline, hard work, integrity, confidence, teamwork, and more. Ultimately, the martial arts are about continuous self-improvement physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
